# Intalk > Intalk is an AI sales operating system for insurance distribution, built by Intalk Inc. in Seoul, South Korea (founded November 2022). It gets new insurance agents ready before the customer conversation: agents rehearse real customer situations with AI role-play, managers review scored answers with the evidence attached, and the INCE engine checks explanations against the organization's approved material and rules. Last updated: 2026-10-20. All figures are company-reported and unaudited. US dollar amounts are approximate conversions at KRW 1,500 and VND 26,000 per US$1. Source page: https://intalk.im/ Intalk (Korean: 인톡) serves insurance agencies, IMOs and FMOs, telesales teams and insurers' agency channels that train many new agents and answer for the quality of what agents tell customers. It is opening four-week pilots with US agencies, IMOs and FMOs. ## Products - **Intalk Care** (live; parts in pilot): for agency managers and admins. Candidate matching and onboarding management; AI role-play training with virtual customers; call transcription → AI analysis → automatic CRM entry. A manager dashboard for retention and coaching priority is planned. The product UI is in Korean today; an English workflow is part of the US pilot scope. - **INCE engine** (built, in proof of concept): for agency home offices and insurer compliance teams. A language model turns each sentence into explicit claims; encoded rules (SMT) and the Z3 solver test the claims for violations such as exaggeration, misrepresentation or banned phrases. Each verdict is logged with the cited clause and rule version; low-confidence cases go to human review. Rules can be revised without retraining the language model. - **Intalk Partners** (live, South Korea): recruiting platform for agents and prospective agents. Compares 32 insurers and matches candidates with agency branches; AI aptitude test on five traits (empathy, ethics, comprehension, compliance, persuasion); licensing-exam and sales-conversation practice. Free for candidates. ## How a pilot works - Scope: one workflow, 5–10 agents, one training manager and a named budget sponsor. - Baseline: the current task is timed and scored on a fixed, human-reviewed rubric. - Evaluation: equivalent unseen scenarios at the end; completion, rubric scores and manager review time are recorded. - Decision criteria agreed before the start, for example 20% less manager time, an 80% rubric threshold and no critical rule errors in the evaluated sample. - Duration: four weeks of measured use, then a dated decision on a paid annual license. If the bar is missed, the scope is narrowed or the pilot stops. - Data: permissions agreed in writing; scenarios can use synthetic or de-identified examples, so a pilot does not need live customer records or protected health information (PHI). ## Global launch Intalk AISO opens beyond pilots at its general launch, planned for November 30, 2026, with 12 months free after launch for teams whose application is approved. Applications are reviewed: submitting one does not confirm approval, seats or immediate access; features, seats and any services outside the offer are confirmed with each team. The offer is separate from paid enterprise pilots.
