Privacy notice
This notice explains what Intalk collects through intalk.im, why, who helps us process it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website and the inquiry and application forms linked from it.
Who we are
Intalk is a Seoul-based company that builds software for high-trust sales teams. For anything in this notice, contact us at biz@intalk.im.
What we collect
- What you submit. The details you enter in our pilot, meeting or launch application form, such as your name, work email, organization, role and any message.
- How you reached the form. Which button you used, the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source) and, if you used it, the inputs of the onboarding cost calculator. - Emails you send us and our replies.
- Aggregate site usage. Page views, button clicks and page performance, measured by our hosting provider’s analytics without advertising cookies.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, customer records, health information or other sensitive data through these forms.
Why we use it
- To review and answer your inquiry or application, arrange meetings and scope a pilot.
- To understand which pages, events and campaigns lead people to contact us, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who processes it for us
- Tally (form processing).
- Vercel (website hosting, analytics and performance measurement).
- Our email provider, for messages you send to biz@intalk.im.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union, the United States and Korea. We share information with them only so they can provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing biz@intalk.im. We answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in Korea, you can exercise your rights under the Personal Information Protection Act through the same address.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
